The room was a studio apartment, excellent room. But at all there was no service ge got from the care takers. Nobody even asked, met us, no room service we got during our short stay from 22. 10. 22 to 23. 10. 22(2n 3d. We were not provided no breakfast though it was complimentary.

One of the worst property

The room was not cleaned. Towels were dirty plates were dirty. Trash was not taken out. The sheets seemed used. We were late but 12 hours to the checkin time. Yet the room was not clean. Poor maintenance. Stinky hallways and common areas and lift too was very stinky.

Hotel is at good location. I feel so much better. Location was good. Rooms are awesome. Nice place to stay there. Only one thing. Wi-fy was not working.

12 pm checkin : got rooms at 2 pm room seems used for group daaru party we opt for breakfast included : we got worst poha and tea only. Only worth is location view outside to the window, big round table in hall. We feel property was not maintained since covid beginning 2019.

Worst experience with lake front

familyI was here with my family and the stay was terrible filled with problems and unsafe environment. There was not a single sanitizer soap as per covid guidelines, not a single window or door could be locked. We were awake the whole night since we cudnt lock any window or door. Bedding was worst. The windows of the washroom were all broken no security

If you go by the pics posted while booking the apartment you are sure to be in for a horrible experience as what you get is unexpected

familyThe pics that you see of the apartment room with a sofa set in the living room, sofa chairs in balcony, coffee table, room layout is all a trap. You will end up in a very poor and shabby small studio apartment which has none of the amenities posted in the pics. I travel-led to lavasa with my family (with 2 infants) the room allotted was a disaster as it was nothing close to what was shown in the pics. I have been booking my hotel and travel bookings through mm t since many years but this was the first time that i had such an experience. I had paid a premium tariff for the booking and was looking forward to a great stay experience only to be felt cheated. Do not opt for this property at all, unless you wish to be cheated with a poor sub standard quality of room against what you end up seeing before doing your booking.
