Cleanliness comfort and atmosphere was very good. Stayed for 2 days, would love to stay again. I would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was not very good as the room doesn't have an attached bathroom, and there isn't a peaceful environment. I am very disappointed.

I had a great stay here. The property is clean, comfortable and well kept. and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient and easy to reach, which made getting around simple. The facilities were in good condition and everything worked as expected. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

• The property is on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible via stairs or elevator. It is located about 50m from the main road of Chenikuthi and has great connectivity to train station and airport. They have their security guard who stays from 9pm-7am. • Various rooms are available that are suited for solo travellers or a couple. The ones on the cheaper side have a shared washroom which is cleaned every day and the bigger rooms have an attached washroom. As it's an apartment transformed into a homestay you also get access to a shared kitchen (has a fridge, aquaguard, kitchenware) and a dining cum living space plus a shared balcony. The cooking charge is ₹100/day if you decide to cook your own food however making tea with the electric kettle is free (you have to buy your own food supplies for cooking). • All in all, there are 3 main apartments on the 2nd floor with the 1st apartment having 4 rooms, kitchen, dining cum living space and the 2nd apartment (where I stayed) has 3 rooms, kitchen, 1 shared washroom for 2 rooms, dining/living space, balcony. I'm guessing the 3rd apartment also has similar offerings. • The staff are accommodating and well mannered, Esther was a good host and welcoming. The floor and apartments are well surveilled with CCTV. • My only gripe is that anyone can walk into the floor and enter any of the apartments when the guard is not present (food delivery people got easy access upto the rooms of people) which can be a concern hence it's better to always lock your rooms when inside or outside even if going to the kitchen/washroom. It would be better if this was addressed so as to make the property more secure for anyone who is in the common space at that moment. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a laidback and stress free travel experience.

our stay was nice, I was impressed how clean the room was and how well mannered their staff was. The location is in a residential area with lots of cafe and restaurant nearby.
