Very bad stay at this place

The homestay is at ok ok location, near to Dharmasthala Temple, that's the reason we booked this property. But when we enter the room, all kinds of insects, lizards, spider (big one) and frog was in the room and no one was there to look at. Water was given on request and no other facilities apart from that. No hot water though geyser was there but the switch was broken. The rooms was smelly and the towel provided too was not clean. Overall bad stay.

Overall a good stay, the property is surrounded by greenery. Neat and clean place, safe and secure place to stay. The stay and the rooms were quite comfortable and very good. Food facility was not available in the property, but restaurants available nearby and only pure vegetarian food available Around the place.
