Location is good but hotel is built old some changes in hotel demanded morning breakfast not upto the mark

I have been staying with my family at this hotel during my visits to the temple for many years now. The hotel is old and needs renovation especially the wash rooms. The proximity of the hotel to the temple is what makes me book this hotel again and again. South Indian Breakfast is fabulous with very good local cuisine. The staff are very polite & courteous.

Good stay. Did not get a chance to taste their food as we were late after having dharshan at Temple. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Will give 4.5 star

Location is good, easy access to temple, good parking, rooms are a bit old, room service is very costly, good kerala style breakfast spread.

At the outset, I wish to state that I stayed in the hotel on 2 earlier occasions during which period the services and food were excellent. With that in view, I again opted to stay there this time. Right from the beginning of the booking to stay one more day(27th to 28th), the response was not at all encouraging, as the lady who replied to our queries was of a leukewarm responsive, though finally we got a a double room on an exhorbitant rate. The room, especially the bath room was not a Senior Citizen friendly. Being myself was 84 and my wife was 80, we really expected that the bathroom is well eqiipped, including railings provided to avoid slippery(we were given Room No.320 on 2nd day). With great caution, we had our bathroom chorus.The Sprayer in water-clossette was very forcefull, which caused slipping the handle from our hand..!! TV in the room was not functionig wel. Often, we had to call the reception to rectify. Outside view was so exhsusting, as construction activities seems were done recently, but not fully cleaned. On the previous day of our stay in Room No.207, the glass panel provided in bath room was with single door only. We had to take shower by only ine panel door shut and the other side was in open, causing water strewn outside of the shower room, which aldi caused slippery. It was shear luck of ours that we did not fell in the two bath rooms due to slippery.

Need to refurbish the entire property! Very outdated property & ambience seems to not as expected.

This hotel is located at east nada but reaching the place is very difficult. Front office staff took a lot of time in allocating the room even though I reached after giving them advance information. Reception: 3/5 Room: 4/5 Toilet: 4/5 Towels: 2/5 ( Old, dirty towels) Breakfast: 2/5 Overall experience: 3/5

Location was close to the temple. Food was good. Amenities were slightly lacking because the property is very old. SErvices were average.

Hotel is very close to East Nada, Guruvayur. Easily accessible to the temple and nearby historical places and Chavakkad Beach, etc. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good.
