Kings Landing

Worst stay ever. The facility was closed for the first day of our visit. We have to travel more for the rearranged stay. Room was not secure enough. Locks were not working properly. Door handles were not there inside side of the door. We were struggling each time to get out of the room. They even took cleaning charges while vacating the room even there was no mess in the room. Room is not sealed properly cold breeze was getting into the room. Atleast caretaker was useful to get things.

Nice rooms for families at an avg price.

People are really interested on money. They changed my room location. We have traveled around 10km and no one came and take atleast another place. We have faced so much issues while check in. They are not pick my calls also. Please don't choose this property.

The pictures of the place looks very different from the actual place. We booked 2 rooms as 2 couples and we're provided rooms very far from each couple room. When asked abt the same to the host the response was very bad and she did not even attempt to provide an alternative when all the rooms in the property was empty. The caretaker was trying his best to make our stay comfortable. The host anushah was very unresponsive and rude when asked for change of rooms. The tv set in one of the rooms was so bad that the picture tube is gone and very bad display in black and white. The booking was with breakfast and we were provided with so little breakfast for adults that it is not worth paying for the inclusive of breakfast. The bonfire was was very expensive rating at rs1500- and we didn't opt for it. No suggestions were also provided for places to see also. The mattress on the bed was very hard and the cot was just making noise is vein if we just sit on the bed making creaking noises throughout. One of the rooms had kettle and when asked for the other room they didn't have one to provide for us.

Staying and scenery was awesome

The hotel room was neat. Had a flexibility to change the room when we didn't like. Manager anu coordinated very well. It was a home stay and went with family, elders and kid. The caretaker muthu was very helpful and cooked home food for us based on our needs. Thanks to him for very good care and we had a comfortable stay. It is budget friendly.

It was my awesome experience with my family. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so comfortable and relaxing with all the modern amenities. The staff was so humble and cooperative. They provide a very good service. Cleanliness and facilities were good. I must recommend the property to others.

The location of the property was easily accessible but they should need to have a signboard to locate the property easily. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was an average breakfast. I would like to recommend this property if they can improve.
