Location good, cleaning is very good

Location is very average as per the rate of the property, there was a typical smell in the hotel like that in paharganj, delhi down market hotels. It just puts off the standard, water heating system in the room did not work, no technician available to repair.

Well accessible and easy to locate. Food has to ordered from outside

Very poor cleaning and hygiene

Worst one. The photo doesn't match in reality. Rooms full of dirt. No one should stay this place meant even stay for 10 mins. For 3 days i paid and the room which is like just for below .

Very unhygienic, the bed sheets & pillow covers felt like never been cleaned before. The mineral water provided felt like hard bore water

I was asked to go to some other property which was told a better option than the booked one. The room given was very bad condition not cleaned properly. Toilet not cleaned and bad smell, flush not working no hot water. Nothing was ok in the property i had to face embarrassed in front of my boss and for the money i paid it's not at all worth

Requested cancellation before 24 hours but still was denied. Rescheduling was also not done.

We stayed at the property for 9 nights. It was a pleasant stay.

The main road was cut and we had hard time carrying a baby and heavy bags across the drains to reach the hotel and also bargain with the auto drivers every time.
One manager named jagan behaved rudely with us. In the beginning, he gave us a room which was below the standard that we booked for with advance payment for the entire stay in the apartment. He gave a room in the terrace which was more of a store room as a single room standing out in the terrace. Even though we kept telling him that we are traveling with an infant member in our family, he was fooling us constantly by saying that there was no other room available on that day. When i strictly told him that i booked for kitchen amenities, he said he is trying for another room. He then gave us another room with kitchen facilities. After checking in to the second room, i observed that the lights and fans were not working and only the room ac was operational. I thought it might be an internal issue with the apartment, and it would be solved on its own. But the issue was not to solve for the next two hours, and then my mother finally went out of the room to search for someone to ask about the problem as there was no other means of communication. Suddenly jagan appeared and asked us what we want. I told him about the electricity problem and jagan started scolding me as to why i didn't inform him immediately. Crazy jagan! these kind of issues were existing throughout the stay. Finally the day before we had to check out, jagan (most probably) created such hue and cry through out the night that my mother and sister thought jagan might ask them to leave the hotel at midnight. In short, the stay in the hotel was heart breaking for me.

Rooms were nice and spacious, staff was cooperative to a point, coild have been better though

Really nice experience at Vellore. The views and surroundings were very pleasant. We found the property very easily. The kind of facilities and service they provided was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The caretaker was well behaved and very cooperative. I must recommend the property.

It was a good experience. The location of the property was amazing and easily accessible. The rooms were big and comfortable. Facilities and cleanliness and service were up to the mark. I would like to recommend this property to others.
