The property was located at the top of a hill in inner Udaipur, offering great views of the city. It was an easy launchpad to the old Udaipur and lakes. The location was incredible and close to important places. However, the residential colony had all up and down lanes, making it tiresome for elderly and kids as it was like an uphill walk to reach the property. The surrounding area seemed run-down and on the rougher side, but there was a huge mall close by.
