The stay is ok but as per your invoice the booked flat is 504 but the caretaker allotted 502 flat 3 bhk. And at time of vacating the flat caretaker not available. We have little tension at time of check out. This may be noted.

Thank you for staying with us we had issue with the AC in flat 504 which was 2BHK flat that was the reason we gave you flat 502 (3BHK) with 3AC . Will look into it and be we will make sure when you visit again we can host you in a more convenient way .About the care taker will make sure he is always available sorry for that
