Kaivalya - Luxury retreat

The location of this hotel is the thing which makes this experience awesome. Great view and very supporting persons

The host was supportive and friendly but the stay was not worth it. Its absolutely not worth the price. The bathtub was dirty, there was no hot running water too.

The staff was polite, and the host, harsh, was approachable and accommodating. However, the hygiene of the property was a nightmare. The quilt was torn from multiple places but was replaced when we requested it. The room had spider webs, and we found several spiders on and around the bed. The bedsheet was dirty upon arrival, which we had to ask to be changed immediately. The tray used for serving glasses was extremely dusty, and the room, along with the washroom, had a strange odor. The washroom also had used soaps and a broken dispenser. While the staff did their best, the cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. If maintained well, this place will be a great place to stay.

Worst experience ever. Wi-fi not working, except 2-3 option for food nothing was available, staff was not cooperative. It does not have 10 mtr space to walk forget about any amenities. Location was not good, nothing is available nearby

Property is average for the price also lack of good road make it not so great experience. As there is not road just muddy road to reach with a steep uphill ride

One of the highlights of my stay was meeting major, the property **** Major’s friendly and gentle nature added a unique charm to the experience. Whether lounging by the garden or accompanying us on leisurely walks, major’s presence made our stay even more enjoyable. Worst location, avoid going with family and couple hygiene was very poor i had bad experience on this place otherwise jibhi is also fine

Room are very amazing , and if you want see the most amazing view please check in , this is one of the best experience i ever had all the workers are so humble and specially major(dog) i surely come again thankyou so much

Kaivalya offers one of the best views of the valley from the rooms. We stayed in the normal room for 2 nights and in the suite for 2 nights. There isn't much difference between the two except for the fact that the suite has a private balcony, but also has a smaller bathroom. Would suggest to choose the normal room. The staff is really friendly and i was in constant touch with the host who made sure that we got everything that we wanted. In terms of food, the starters were not that good but the main course dishes were to die for. Real comfort food, both veg and non veg. Would recommend the dal fry and the chicken curry 10/10. Overall the stay was nice and i would rate it 9/10. Deducting a point just for the food(starters)

The place had incredible view from the room. The perfect stay for someone looking for time off in the hills. The wifi was also very reliable during our stay with a speed of 50mbps. The host and staff were very warm and ensured we had an amazing time during our stay!

Amazing view. Good amenities. Just little far from jibhi as the exact location is tandi. You have to travel to jibhi to cover the view points but the stay is peaceful. Overall good.

It is not 2. 8km from jibhi centre, we have been promised some other room and given some other room. The room was made of plastic wall sheet, they were just like some stuff wall. We have paid more than 7k in this room and it was all waste. We went around 6km from the city centre for this stay and it was not at all cool to show us rooms like this. There were many problems. The room was small as of the pictures, we have to wait for hot water every time we need it. Sometimes it never comes from the tap, we somehow managed to stay there overnight but in the morning there were guys called buy hotel who were doing some electricity work and they kept on cutting our electricity which cause not hot water, not bath tub use, no bath. We just cleaned our face with cold water and checked out. This was the worst experience to go and stay out of the way to have a luxurious, calm stay but we got this instead of what we should have got. The good part was the caretakers, salinder and one more, they were helpful, they served us till late night even the food was average but still they were surviving us till 11. 30pm with a smile and also in the morning so this was the only part which kept us there till morning. don't waste money here, please advise everyone. Also if you can ask them to refund our money, we can come again and stay in some nicer places, that will only help us to chill.

Our stay was a beautiful experience. The location, the property amenities and the services were amazing, harsh is an exceptional host. Recommend this stay to everybody for a quiet and peaceful vacation.
