Very bad experience white house hotel very dirty and hospitality less room are very dirty and bed sheet washroom also very dirty no ventilation no intercom

Hotel was good and imagica distance was also 3 km but hotel cleaning are not proper and food rate was very high.

It was average and price is high as per location

Very small room not a space for general movement and in all seepage to much durty for family never suggested for any one, manager asking extra money for everything.

Bad customer service, tv not recharged, will follow up rigorously if you late to check out even for 15 minutes

Clean and higynic. Food quality in restaurant in superb only the constraints is that the google map shared by make my trip is not giving correct location.

Location: ok, quick to find. Food: value for money and tasty. Staff assured to keep the food ready as per request. Staff: co-operative and understanding room: the deluxe room is ok not enough space to move around. Bathroom: terrible situation. Toilet flush take an hour to be ready for next flush hot water: available extra linen: available on request tv: not working view from room: none to terrible as construction is underway verdict: only book if nothing is available under 3k budget.

construction work is going on near the location. Room, bathroom, cupboard drawer was dirty…doesn’t value for money..don’t recommend

The hotel staff didn't give us room for 2 hours in spite of full payment done, he changed rooms thrice and when we asked the manager he casually asked us to cancel at 9 pm in the night. The amenities were very poor, with small washrooms, broken commodes, and cobwebs in the room. Totally not recommended for family.

The reviews from my side is very low because you have done cheating i have told 2 rooms of double bed but you have given me 2 rooms of single bed.

I booked 3 rooms for 7 people. Allocation of rooms is automatic in makemytrip. There were two people in two rooms. However, this hotel didn’t allow extra bed even though in one room, 3 people were allocated. This is not acceptable. Very bad experience from both makemytrip and hotel as well. First time, i used makemytrip in my life. Now, at least, i can assure that i am never going to use it.

Toilets have no ventilation so the smell takes over whole room. Which will not go even after you call the staff for 10 times to vent it out.

Bathroom was no clean. Cloth and towel hanger is broken.

well maintained, polite staff, quick room service are key positives of the hotel, it's proximity to imagica is what made us choose it in the first place, didn't expect it to be good, thumbs up.

As mentioned in booking free wifi facility - wifi facility not available. Room & bathroom very dirty. Even not ready to provide mineral water. If i will book directly then charges are only 2000-

Location is on road to imagica, food was good, room hygiene are below standard, room was full of ants, flys and bugs, paint was falling of from walls, bedding was stinking

Value for money ! staffs were nice

More marks can be given because of the staff

Best location for imagica trip but room cleaning was very bad, i stayed at hotel for 3 days, but i room was not cleaned properly every time
