Hotel Westcottas

My recent stay at the Westcoast Hotel was quite pleasant, and it started with how incredibly easy the location was to find. A friend had recommended the hotel, and I had absolutely no trouble locating it, which is always a great start to any trip. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food. My friend and I had dinner together at the hotel, and I must say, the meal was exceptionally yummy. It's always a treat when hotel dining exceeds expectations. In terms of amenities, I appreciated the availability of Wi-Fi and air conditioning (AC). Both services were essential for a comfortable stay, and they functioned well during my time at the hotel.

Towels are wet condition, ac remote not available, tv not working properly , staff was good

not bad the hotel staff was not provided the towels and soap and the breakfast order they soo lassy in hotel staff

It was fine. I think it needs some improvement in cleaning and the AC was not working properly otherwise the location was good food was also good.

To my eyes that, i felt very comfortable at there and there were healthy, and tasty food which I ordered. I have visited four time there at same property and my partner also prefer to visit there in future. Lastly, this place has been become important and re memorable of my life.

This was my worst hotel experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bed sheets appeared used. Additionally, guests were not permitted in the room, which was frustrating. I decided to check out just two hours after checking in. worst hotel

I am write down how i found this property that i was planned with my lady to spend time in a separate place. I was going to find place in model town. On my way i saw this property and check the rooms in this property which i liked. I have visited 3 times in this property that is a memorial place for me and my partner I enjoy with food also there which is so heathy. There is a also good and polite staff of front desk.

The room was not properly clean. Bathroom was not properly clean. When i asked to change the room they said. Room is not available after that when i showed the room then they give me the another room. Towels and air conditioners remote is not available in the room. Everything we had to ask from them. Thank you

There was no good room service no man was available for that i have to do all my work, room are dirty

The hotel location is good. It is on the road but the hotel room are not maintained properly. There are ventilation issues in most of the rooms as there are no windows. The rooms are very much unclean.

The hotel was not maintained properly. There were multiple issues like cleanliness of the washroom, dirty linen, foul smell from the washroom, loose electrical wiring to name a few. The hotel staff was also not cooperative.

The hotel interior is was not good and the hose keeping department was also not good and the room was not nice inside the bathroom is looks odd and the telephone is also not working and entering the hotel was good but upstairs and after walking in to the room was dissatisfied and it was not up to the mark as shown

They just kept us moving from one room to another and rooms were also not clean. Basic amenities were also poor.

Excellent stay

The hotel is good but with less amenities like no towel and handwash, shower was totally broken, telephone was not working. And the main problem was power cut, i personally experienced more then 5 power cuts in 2 days and the electricity generation can't allow you to one ac, so you have to use fan only in this high temp. The crew was helpful but kinda irresponsible sometimes i rate this hotel 4 out of 10

Not interested. Doesn't want any discount. Room dirty. And they denied to water. Washroom 24 hour running water
