Firstly while surfing budget hotels at Diu this hotel name popped up in list of hotels at Diu, when I actual this hotel is located in Una. A person who has missed to check hotel location can end up accidentally booking this hotel and when I booked this accidentally and upon realisation that it is located in Una. I immediately tried to cancel it but the hotel owner declined cancellation and refund as I had booked online , upon requesting they said hotel should send email for cancellation and refund which the hotel owner refused to send email. Yet when we got the rooms the hotel room were ok but the bedsheets and towels were filthy and staff was not cooperating. Also the High tea offer timing not suitable for tourists who go for sightseeing during whole day. Hotel should have compensated with atleast replacing with morning tea/breakfast. Cleanliness is lacking.

Overall the rooms were very clean, it was well occupied with cctv’s, no water issue, great security. But only one problem is the bathroom exhaust is not well placed. Otherwise it would have been best hotel in budget
