Hotel The Kamta

Disgusting condition of rooms, broken bathroom fixtures, dirty linen, paint falling off, lift not working

This hotler is cheater. I came with my mother on 27th may 2023 and the lift was not working at that day and my mother was not able to take stairs. The hotel manager told me to talk to makemytrip team for hotel change and i continue-sly tried makemytrip team but couldn't connect. Makemytrip raised email to hoteler but the hotel gm is not available to answer. I will got o highlight that case to facebook, twitter, all tourism portal also i will highlight makemytrip undisciplined working.

This hotel, waist of my money, no ac, no water, no shop, no towels, no light, money was waist due to trust you. Your selection is very bad to costumer

After booking (payment) when i called them to ask navigation, they said no room is available. Only after a lot of follow up they agreed to give a room. When my family (mother & brother) reached there, there was no electricity in room and no water in the washroom. Pathetic is the word. how can one stay without electricity and water in washroom.

bedsheet worst quality tear n wear .... there is no tape water in washroom ...geser not working ...doors locking even not proper.. lift not working. room service not there. intercom service not working. we left the room with 3..hours

Ac wasnt functioning door lock came in my hand when tried and opening and closing the door. Washroom has smelly water all around and so dirty i didnt even went for loo there. Furnitures were having dust over them. Seapage all over the wall. Not even a single electric socket functioning linen was dirty as well pillows i resist sleeping over them

Worst hotel in my life. They charge for elite suit. But what we get is just pathetic. Bed cover, pillow, bathroom are very dirty. Toilet also very dirty and flush & sprinkler not working. Showers and taps all are rusted and no cleaning and hygiene. Ac and fridge also not working. Ac shows 31 degree on peak summer. Bed, table all are in pathetic condition. Make my trip you lost one of your customer. Never booked hotel via mmt.

Non supporting staff, water not coming ac not working, door lock isn't working in i will never book hotel My experience was worst whether is staff especially receiption staff and other whether it's infra ac. Room water facility everything was so poor

Washroom are so bad. Fouling smell all over

Location is good but hotel is pathetic

This property is very dirty. Tv not working, toilet flash not working. Very bad experience.
