Hotel Surjo Inn, Mathura

The hotel was really bad, the service was really slow, rooms were not properly cleaned, there were leaks in washroom and the ac was not working at all. The staff was pretty rude and they were not even providing water in the room

The hotel was very bad in condition and the rooms were not in good condition smelly rooms fan was not functioning well and ac not working properly half of my stay time ac was switched off.

The service of the hotel was really bad. They don't even provide a water bottle when you visit the hotel. As per the rate, the service provided by them was very poor. Will never visit that hotel again and also suggest others to please don't waste your money on staying there.

The Hotel was located near the Town and not exactly in the Town. It was near the cantonment area. The food was okay. Housekeeping and room services were fine. The room was good. The room and washroom were spacious and clean. Facilities were up to the mark.

Room very cleanly, spacious, washing very good and cleanly with food very tasty. All over very good.
