Dirty Hotel

After my arrival at midnight 1 at the hotel the owner denied me the room stating that he doesn't take any bookings and is unaware of his hotel being registered Where as his hotel is available Owner initially said that all rooms are booked, later asked me the price which I paid for the room and after a lot of arguments offered me a room at double the price of booking. The hotel is dirty
