Location is inside narrow streets. Very hard to get your car in rooms are spacious. But very old builtup washrooms are very basic with no geyser they have stale poori a loo in name of breakfast & charged for 2 plates of poori a loo out of 4 plates. Even though we were 6 adults in 2 rooms with total 6 beds. So they expect 2 plates to be eaten by 6 adults behaviour of manager is like this is how n what banaras eats. Shouldn't expect more moreover, this is a school turned homestay

Rooms are not very tidy. This is a school turned into a hotel. Homestay would be the perfect word for it as it does not have basic amenities. Like gyser, water kettle etc. But staff was good.

The stay was ok, room service was satisfactory but there were 3 major issues: 1. Geyser was not there in the rooms so bucket full of hot water was delivered 2. Breakfast was included but they didn't provided the same and not refunded it also, they adjusted with the tea ordered by us. 3. The upper floor room has rats which damaged the blanket provided and also my socks. Rooms and beds are very big and comfortable to stay but only during summers.

The hotel is located within the prime location with a parking facility, rooms are spacious however they don't have hot water facility inbuilt, need to request for a bucket of hot water whenever you need. Staff were friendly & helpful.

This hotel is inside lanes. An old school turned into an hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Although there is no geyser, pool, jacuzzi, bonfire, spa etc and all other highlighted amenities. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms. Charges are more for a basic room and no amenities. The only saving grace is the hotel staff- they are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is average and not the standard that we normally stay in our tour. We will be thankful if you change the hotel from tomorrow with additional affordable payment.

Inside location narrow entry. Minimum quality and quantity food in max price. Furnitures in unmaintained condition. No hot water supply through bathroom pipes.
