Hotel Shivas Residency

The stay at Gopidass was a pleasant experience. The team MMT had choosen this property as my originally booked property was not available as that property was closed. The team MMT took initiative and selected this property which is a nice one. The staff were so hospitality minded. They assured and waited for us when we went out to see the LUNAR ECLIPSE in the midnight hours and afford tea too. Tank you team MMT.

The stay was terrible, don't book this hotel ever. Unclean rooms, old smelly bedsheets. No hot water.

hello... i had feel an average to the shivas residency. room is spacious, ac and heater facilities are there but when we feel chilled no blanket, we have to adjust with our own facilities. room cleaning is very bad. t v is just like a black board, it will switch on but there is no remote, no chanells.....😞. ok

There's no geyser, no blankets no proper guidance the only good thing is location

It was quite nice there. Except some issues with food and water, the staying was good.

Location is good hotel is very near the beach some food also available tasty services are good but cleaning is necessary after after sometime the guests stay because flush is dirty.

This Hotel is a very good plus for the location. It is near for temple, ferry and sunrise point. The stay at the Hotel was not good. Blanket, proper bed sheet not provided. After requesting multiple times they gave bed sheet to use as blanket. Totally not satisfied with the Hotel experience.

The room service is very poor. Unavailability of drinking water, heater not working. Moreover there were so many best rooms available there for low price than this.

The hotel was well located near Vivekananda Rock Memorial. We got value for our money. Only one thing, the restaurant of the hotel was not opened even at morning 8 AM. Well thats not really a problem as there are many restaurant operating near by.

Leaking taps, unorganized service, had to ask 3 times for towels and bed sheets. Bathrooms and toilet were not clean. However, location is excellent- close to all important places of Kanyakumari including bus stand.

The best part of the hotel is the close proximity to the Kanyakumari beach area which is hub for different activities. Be warned that the condition of room was bad with toilet flush non-existent, blankets torn, and staff communication challenging.

Restaurant is not functioning. Only coffee and tea available. No toiletries provided not even towels. Telephone is not working. Cable tv is full of grains.

Hotel is located very close to places of interest. almost everything is at walkable distance, that's the only positive about the hotel. Hotel staff was totally unprofessional, for each and everything you had to ask, calling the reception will not work, one has to himself get things from reception. Almost all basic things like towel, soap, water was missing from the room. One should not call it a hotel, I think Dharamshala's treat their guest better than this.

It is nearest to the number tourist place in Kanyakumari. Hotel is an old structure but value for money as it is a 24 hour check-in & check-out hotel. It is near to almost all places to visit in Kanyakumari. Value for your money.

This hotel is just good for stay, its is nearest to the tourist point at Kanyakumari, service was not good, drinking water was not supplied, we have to ask many time to get it serve, Service is only major issue, rest staying was OK if whole day you are out of hotel

Location is good. Just walking distance of Sangam. Service is very poor. Bathroom is having more space. Stayed with my parents. Friendly talk. They are arranged for site seen. Thank you for giving the facility when I made booking. My son allso enjoyed as the hotel is very near to all the place. Thank you.

Hotel is located in prime locatiin in Kanyakumari but not suitable for stay. Hotel does not have lift and all set up is very old. Very bad customer service. Gyser in bathroom was not working. Have to followup several time to get drinking water. Not worth for the price

A good hotel in heart of Kanyakumari, only 2 mins walking from temple and Ferry queue. As a result saved a lot of time. Hygiene was good. Service was nice. I will give a 3.8 rating from 5 for the hotel.
