Hotel Shiraaz - 3

Service and acmodation very bad. Although bed sheet and blanket badly rubbish. Staff is also very unprofessional guys.

They didn’t had any facilities even no staff present at reception. Also the room was not upto the mark. No hygiene at all

Not happy with the services and hotel main door was not open till 20 mins and not properly clean and maintain.

The hotel is not good due to sanitation as well as they claimed in their photos.

Worst place. Done try to stay in that place. It took such a long time to find the place itself. No one was helping us over phone even.

This is the most worst hotel i ever stayed. No room service. No restaurant and no food. Even there is no one in the reception. Wait for more than 40 minutes to find some one in the reception. May be it is fake and false advertising by mm t

Not a family friendly environment, the hotel seemed new with old infrastructure. The acs weren't working in some rooms, had to switch three rooms for a decent ac. Staff responds only when they want to.

It was horrible experience nowhere close to even a one star property. Rooms to bed sheets to towels all was terrible. Will not even give 300/ night for a property like this

Hotel location is far away from the city. The hotel is actually located in a village near the Airport. The hotel do not have restaurant facilities, if you need food, they have tie up with another hotel, it will come from there. No public transport service is there, every time you wants to go for a work or city, you need to take a ola/Uber. Infact surrounding the hotel nothing is there, the location is so remote. Hotel staffs are not professionals. Their conduct with customer needs a lot of improvement. The hotel has only 2 regular staff, they are only taking care of receptionist to room service.

The rooms are spacious but were not kept ready for us when we arrived. There were mosquitoes too in the room. The toilets were good but need’s maintenance a bit. Luckily the staff was cooperative and resolved things for us.

This is the under construction property and their lab-our are also staying in their deluxe rooms. They don’t have lift, parking, staff, restaurant and you have to order the food from outside. There is only a guy who manages all departments (front office, housekeeping, service etc) but the best part is that when we complained against them to mm t they have shifted us to their second property. Actually they have one more property and that is hotel eurasia near chandigarh airport. Eurasia is a good property and the staff is very polite and helpful. Their rooms were neat and clean and the food is also good. I ll recommend eurasia not shiraaz-3. At least they should tell the people about their under construction building, food, service, parking etc etc.
