Hotel Shagun Palace

I have such a terrible experience have with this pathetic Hotel. Lots of lizards are in room. After complaint to Hotel staff. They did not take seriously. It was such pathetic Hotel experience. Worst. Poor services.

Shagun Palace hotel is hardly 5-minutes walking distance from Varanasi station. Hotel is very safe for family.

Very nice hotel and very well behave guest. Good for couple and family, all services are good.

Bed in the room was not good.

Irritating sound from fan disturbs the whole night . No room service so, people have to take dinner before 10pm. There are no good hotels nearby. Please make sure you request for air conditioner before you go to sleep .

Hotel people are cooperative. They accepted my request of early check-in. Also it's near to station.

It is best at this price. Location is near to Varanasi cantt Railway station and bus stand. Most of the ghaats are accessible from this hotel. The staff is very good and will take care of all your needs. Moreover you can't ask for a better hotel at this price.

Very small room, I booked the room for three members but the room was so small that except the bed in room there is no space, two persons can't walk easily, so compact room . Washrooms are so small, glitchy rooms are there . Staff is friendly, bcoj they have no facility to give a customer thats why they have to be friendly.

It was very good. Excellent. Clean and comfort rooms. With nice and friendly behaviour of staff. It was a pleasant stay. Had comfort and peaceful surroundings. Staff behaviour was very nice. Had a cute and beautiful balcony

I stayed at this hotel for one day, but due to my train was delayed by 6 hours the hotel allowed me to stay extra 5 hours for very nominal cost. I must say it was very nice. Staff are very cooperative. Location wise very good, for suggestions .. To hotel .. Folding facility is needed. The hotel is away from Biswanath templ but quite nearer to railway station. Nothing to say much more but Overall experience was nice. Thanks to MMT for there suggestions to stay at this hotel.

Hotel is good, value for money. Staff Puneet was very friendly and helpful, when land line is not working, he said that please take my Mobile number in case of any issue. Location is very near from can't Station.

I have a nice experience in this hotel for staying good in cleaning and good location nearest to railway station I. E. Walking distance, So I have great experience .. And room facilities is also nice with cleaning.

Location is 550 meter from Varanasi junction very good location. Rooms are clean service is average. Room is small in size. Overall very good experience. I will again book this hotel if needed. Satisfied

Hotel is in good location. Easy connectivity for every where as it's near railway station. Hotel room rent is worth of its value. Easy availability. Rooms are clean. You will have TV, cooler, towel, toiletries, slippers and all essentials.

Too good for the price. **** Close to the station. All cabs are available. Everyone in the area knows about this place. The room was a little bit small but comfortable for two people. It was worth staying and worth the price

I Book at your own risk! I was denied room in spite of confirmed booking and confirmed payment! However hotelier tried to accommodate me in another property! My review is not regarding their room but their ignorance towards synchronising their booking with MMT!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very near to Railway Station so it's good. Bathroom is satisfactory clean. Rooms get cleaned daily and are in good shape. Highly recommended to traveller who are on a budget.

Good Hotel, Good Location, Supporting Staff. Room size is a little small but it does not trouble you if staying 2 persons. TV installed in every room. Cleanliness in premises, bathroom, stairs all good. All in all, a good stay if at this price if searching for a budget hotel.
