Hotel Royal odyssey

Location was very perfect, on the road and the reception guy was very good in behaviour, and all staff as well, but need to do improve clenliness, room was not clean properly and washroom was very dirty, and geyser was not working in washroom, its was not important for me, but need to improve guys

Its good to stay for a short period, room was clean .. Hotel staff was nice .. Just one drawback that food was not available .. About the hotel location, its good as hotel situated on the main Delhi highway.

Very bad experience, location also normal, facility sucks, food is also bad, by all things hotel sucks and it shows the cheap rate .. But hotel is also cheap ... Makemytrip please go and visut how is the hotel .. Because of low class hotel even your value is going down ..

Good experience with hotel stay and nice facilities for the guests like me .. Like .. Cleanliness, bed, a/c, mattress quality &safety ... But I noticed you for the service of food and another requirements is very poor and I feel it

The room was decent. If only the bathroom was cleaner it would be great. Nice location and good staff. In the main market area. The reception people are attentive as well. Overall nice stay. Had a nice time.

Poor room service are provided we have to tell to reception for water every time morning time and every evening. Breakfast is repeated everyday hotel was in good condition but we have not satisfied with room services.

I stayed here for my business trip. The staff is not supportive. I was showing my booking tarrif but hr denied to give room then I call to MMT and problem resolved. Food quality is OK. Location is OK. Value of money is not OK

Overall value for money ... Location was near ghantaghar and few OK type dhaba near there if you don't wanna spent too much money on food available at hotel which is very costly compare to outside .. Rs. 30 tea is too much but facility and behavior of staff was good convenience easily available from begum bridge.

I have visited this hotel many times as it is situated in my home city. Rates are reasonable and location is on the main road. Food is good although no restaurant but you can order on room service.

On a Busy street in Meerut city. Good only if you have to stay for a night or two. Room was OK and clean. Bathroom was small and stinking. Air conditioning was poor. No inhouse restaurant. Thry bring food from a nearby restaurant which have very limited veg options. Few good veg restaurants are available with 10 minutes driving distanCe. Brrakfast was complimentary and very few options available Like bread omelette, alu paratha, omelette and tea coffee. I ordered bread omelette and it was not tasty

Even after payment to Make my trip portal the hotel tried to cheat and charge. Such hotels should be delis ted from Make my trip as it is Make My Trips name which will be tarnished. The person at the desk told us to pay equal amount of money which was mentioned and even showed me the message from Make My Trip. Allotment of room was delayed by half an hour. Also Toilets were dirty.

It's good location Nice place rooms are neat service must be improved. No restaurant. They will sent order to room. One more minus is there is no lift facility. Any how our stay is good enaf we enjoyed Meerut stay.

The room was nice and clean, service was good, staff was polite and good. But they did not provide me original bill for my meals, though they charged all the taxes (like vat etc). And also there was some difference in the totalling of the bill, I requested for the original bill but they said this is the only bill, as we had to pick our train and the difference was of a few hundred rupees, we left for railway station.

Overall, hotel is good as location, cleanliness and service wise but restaurant they have tied up provide mostly non veg moreover complimentary breakfast provided was good, we went first time to Meerut and stay at hotel was memorable. The whole experience was good.

Hotel was good and service as well but I am not satisfied with complimentary breakfast. Since when I had booked this hotel there mentioned free breakfast, but they have given breakfast for only one person and I booked room for 3 person then I had needed to go outside for extra breakfast for remaining persons.
