hotel was not safe for family, plus main reason for inconvenience was hospitality offered from hotel wasn't satisfactory. hotel was not clean , stinky, flush was not working , AC was not working, in room there were burnt cigarette was there wasn't cleaned properly, and property is located in such place where you can't find any food lorry nearby where you can eat and costly as compared to its hospitality ,ambience and cleanliness I have to leave hotel on same day of checking. not satisfied with this hotel on MMT they offered me back only voucher not cash back in return of this inconvenience.

1. The room was totally dusty. The phone, the furniture, the menu everything was dusty. 2. Bathroom - toilet was not cleaned. The leftover soap by the previous traveller was lying as it is. The bucket was filled with partial water in it. 3. The towels we so dirty that i would not even use them as floor mate 4. The water bottles provided were un-sealed.
