Room condition is not good / floor not clean wall not cleans. All room pictures is showing good condition

Mr amit at reception was arrogant and i had to call the police to sort out the things. . Food was way worse than it could be. And also room amenities were of minimalistic level. Ac not working the washroom was clogged with water and full of cockroaches. The toilet was out of water

Most pathetic stay i have ever had and also break fast is also we had in pathetic way. I will recommend make my trip to ban this hotel

No water in toilet and no ac in working in full night also no light available

Need to work more on cleanliness, bathroom cleaning and mosquito entering in rooms ventilation was also not upto the mark

Allured staff is holl night and cc v camera and grad and other facilities so is a good

Bed sheet used and dirty, full of ants, no response from reception on 0, 9. No hot water. Floor was not properly clean. shit pot suction was not properly working. No hot water in this temperature

Hotel Raj Mahal is the dirtiest hotel stay of my life. Starting from before the checking, there was no one at the hotel picking the call when I kept inquiring about early check-in, even they didn't picked up call from MMT people. When I reached, they gave me a dirty untidy room with no proper electricity or washroom. The washroom has used stuff lying just like that. After much negotiation, they shifted me to another equally dirty room. The bed-sheet were full of dirt. Washroom fan wasn't working with foul smell all around.

Simple. Sheets not so clean.

It's my worst experience to stay in this hotel. They offer worst rooms to guests who all book through MakeMyTrip. This needs to be verified.

Hotel rooms smell a lot. Lights were not working properly. No hot water facility. Three rooms changes, all rooms had no hot water facility, Guard asking for tips for car parking, Towels were wet. Blankets not good for winters weather.
