Bad room condition - fans not working,

The room was not as you had shown, the bedsheet was very dirty, the door would not close,

Proper t very bad. Not maintained. Very bad shape of rooms and bathrooms. Not even registered with gst. Do not have restaurent but offers free breakfast.

Horrible experience, no lock in the door, no exhaust fan in toilet.

Only name is international, service is pathetic, old towels. Cockroaches in all over room and also the person at reception does not know how to talk to customer. Poor customer service.

When we reached the hotel room, it was smelling like someone has smoked cigarettes and left without cleaning it, washroom was smelling very bad. Room is average with clean bed sheets and pillows, had no tv connection after asking them for 2 days they brought the setup box. We asked them to clean the room and even put the full garbage dust bin outside the room, they least bothered to even look. The only benefit of this hotel is that it is located at the center from all the local site seeings other than that i don’t see anything positive about it.

No any cleaning no owe n breakfast service check in after 12. 00 no before allowed no water service on the floor no owe n food service and tea& coffee

Pathetic rooms, old and filthy bed sheets and blankets rooms were stinking couldn’t be there for more than an hour

Hello, i checked in approx 11:00 pm, behaviour of reception person was not good, he was not polite, room was terrible there was no exhaust fan and the fridge was filed with so much bad smell and not working.

Rooms were dirty, and not properly maintained. No food available at hotel. No amenities, bedsheets not clean

Cleanliness was good, but no geyser, and food and tea were a bit costly

the reception person was not all co operative, he did not have our booking confirmation. The hotel did not have any hot water provision in the washroom even during December month. They did not have a kitchen so no hot water to drink no tea no coffee. You are dependent on the hotel boy if at all he is available or order through swiggy. They even don't have drinking water provision at the hotel premises. It is only for stay option. We had no idea that even drinking water was not available at the hotel and when asked for so at night around 10.30 p.m we were told sorry mam there is no drinking water. It is the most terrible stay I ever had.

It's was not excellent. They should be provide the shampoo paste show e gel there was not even toliet paper. Tv connection was not good and they staff was good and nice.

The ambience was pretty amazing and the staff was good two, we were group of 3 family members and checkout time was also 12pm which is also very good as we get good time to checkout, in short you can surely go for it.

Badly maintained and no blanket for extra person provided. Had to put bed on floor and sleep
