Unhygienic and top floor room cooler without water blowing worm air washroom dirty this is my one of the worst day this room under 500 /24 hour

Hotel room was dirty bedsheet and pillow was very duty i am not setifid please do not support this type hotal

very Rude staff behaviour they refuse check. asking 2payments.

after reaching hotel l they provide me room without bathroom, they charged extract money for bathroom. evening power cuts no power backup, horrible experience in this hotel

Temperature check not done and mask not compulsory there i've averall good

Please check the temperature of the person who enter in the hotel and provide a small bottle of sanitizer

We were reassured at the time of booking that we were to be in one of the newly renovated rooms on the quiet side of the hotel. Upon check-in, we were told that due to an unexpected over booking, we had to be moved to another room, room number (102) and that should something free up during our stay that we would be able to move if we wished. The room was certainly one of the older, un-renovated rooms located (details of orientation in the building) which meant that we heard (details of what was so noisy) until all hours of the night including (more details of noise disturbance. The room itself was also really quite dirty and seemed to have been perhaps unused for quite some time; there was a constant damp and mold like smell in the room that gave my wife a headache after the first night. We complained and were assured that we would be moved into another room but each day went by with no rooms available for us and we ended up staying in the same room for the rest of our stay. The entire experience ruined our entire vacation/honeymoon and we will never be going back to your hotel or recommending it to any of our friends. The room was not at all what we booked and had we have known the state of both the room and the level of noise outside our windows we would have never chosen to stay at your hotel. We would like a refund for our total stay. We feel that we were completely miss-led

This hotal is not good. Hotal manegment staff is so helpless. My review any person is not book this hotal.

Safety standards were good but privacy doesn't as i got a room thats have glass on the door. Good for 5-6 hours stay but not for days

It's good for low budget stay and for one day stay only. Cleanliness and rooms are average 2 stars of 5.

No any responsible behaviour of the staff. He was whole night shouting and abusing a lot randomly, didn't spoke well and no one could expect much from the guy. Room was not proper just made a partition of long hall into 2-3 rooms. No water facility, unhygienic toilet and scary environment.

Good room with proper ventilation.
