Its a terrible experience hotel was like guesthouse lift is not working bed has no mattress jist iron springs was there

Location is good main roadside hotel maninager railway station, nearest to hotel. You don't get food in the hotel. You have to bring tea from downstairs in the morning. You don't get any other services in the room, soap or shampoo is not provided to me

It was an amazing experience. As an honest reviewer i travel-led from mumbai to ahmedabad and the staff was good. They helped me out in early check-in with a variety of rooms. There is no complaint from the staff. Thank you.

The bad is the worst one i ever experienced so far, there’s no cleanliness with the sheets and on top of everything, i gave my clothes for laundry 22/04/2024 morning 9am and now i’m checking out by 23/04/2024 morning 9am it’s been 24 hrs still my clothes are not ready. Now the time is 10am i’ve been waiting for one hour and still i’m not received with my clothes. I’ve business meetings.

Washroom doors are very old. Not closing properly. Also the room is dead opposite to railway station. Just a road in between. So every few mins loud train horn makes you deffff. And you can not talk over the phone or watch the tv. But the connectivity to other parts of the city is good. Overall budget stay. But an average.

They are making people fool. Nothing like a hotel. What to complain? nothing is in good condition. Even after thrice change no satsfaction, kept silent. How can it be after paying for it?

Used it as a transit hotel and it is just that. Not the best as a 5 star hence available at a much cheaper rate. However does great for the price at which it was available. Definitely as good as a good 4 star. Location near the airport + highways is a great plus.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

It's really nice, newly renovated. Managment was totally changed. No couple and local id are strickly not allowed. So i like the hotel very much. Purl y corporate property. Really nice ambience.
