Very Bad experience, before checkin, i discussed with the property manager for early checkin and he agreed, when visitor reached at hotel, they denied and charged 500 extra for 3-4 of hours, the attitude was also very rude, I never sugges any to book this hotel any more , I was alo reviwing on goggle map

property location is good. The room was clean and good. Everything was fine but the lady at reception was a real headache. even though I booked the room but she denied the check in and demanded extra money. after contacting customer care my problem was resolved and the room was provided but because of the behaviour of that lady I'm giving a poor rating overall the stay was good. Such employees should be trained on how to behave with customers.

We had a stay in zamzam hotel bhopal. It was a terrible experience. Room service are not upto mark and staff is also not cooperative. I am not suggesting any one to stay at this location. Even though they also denied to provide essential products for bath. Please don’t consider this location for your stay in zamzam hotel bhopal. Thanks

The staffs was not having a hostile behavior. Got the wifi password soo late due that missed a online meeting. One of the staff is regularly staring at me, which is scary. There was a not pleasing environment and i was bit scared to stay here alone. Not choosing this anymore.
