Worst hotel ever visited. Worst experience

They deny for check in, they told me fir more money to check in make my trip coustomer care are not attend my call insort that that i am not stay in hotel. Make my trip not refund my money worst hotel receptionist behaviour so rude. I want my money refund

Worst property. hotel staff behaviour very bad. he demanding more money when I came the hotel even he did not cancel my booking.

They took money for 2 days and let me stay for a day online and asked extra 1000 rs to stay for next day

Very poor quality, after booking payment thr. Make my trip, they have extra charge rs 200. Fist time faced this type of problem

The hotel was not at all friendly for family/couples, not felt safe. All the rooms were just being given out on hourly basis to unmarried couples. That was disgusting and an emabrrasment no hygene maintained at all

The property is at first and 2nd floor in the building and there are no lifts so you need to carry your luggage. Accessibility is poor. Also the rooms aren't clean, the walls were damn dirty and the quality of the mattress was pathetic, not worth booking

Location was very good and at a very safe place. Hygiene was not up to the mark. Room was not that good according to the price and food was average.

This was a nightmare for us as the service was debited at time of checkout and after request a third class room was provided where everything was either covered in paint or dirty no water in shower. Manner said mm t is cutting hefty commission. No good was served as kitchen was closed. Location was good but service was poor

Hotel is terrible, bad uncleaned rooms, dirty and sticky floors, don't even have a kitchen, they don't even provide bottled water, dirty towels, bedsheets, smelly room. Location is good but hotel is terrible. Please don't book if you are with family or girlfriend.
