Hotel O Starlight Inn

1. There was no lock. 2. No clean water 3. Balcony door lock was broken. 4. Bed was not comfortable at all.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked a room for 2 days , but when I arrived, they charged me an extra ₹1000 for no valid reason. It was late at night, and I had no choice but to pay because I was traveling with three pieces of luggage and couldn't risk being stranded. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and feels like exploitation. I request to investigate this matter seriously and take strict action against the hotel. Such practices tarnish reputation. Please consider blocking this hotel to protect future customers from similar experiences.

worst service ever. i said worst service. nothing to say like stay you guyz are just making money, absolutely pathetic

No hot water, no cleanliness, rude staff. Demand money, i took police for invoice. Usually saw only unmarried couples who avail room without bills. Not a place for family

The rooms were well designed, providing a comfortable relaxation after a long day of exploration.

We felt comfortable throughout our stay. And when we talk about the bathroom facilities, they are hygienic and spotlessly clean!

The staff members was attentive, and the services provided were first-rate. Already planning my future visit.

My experience was not so good. I find the hotel bit unsafe specially for family. Hotel staff was not friendly and even basic need like drinking water was a problem.

So what happened is, I booked this hotel, I was looking for a cheap but good stay as I was visiting the city for some training purposes and wanted to just sleep and bathing. now as the check-in timings were 12 PM and I was getting late to approximately 7 PM, I tried reaching out to hotel a day before so I can tell them about it, but no response was there. the check-in date came and I again tried and couldn't connect, I then reached to Oyo helpline and they couldn't connect either, thier area manager wasn't available too. it was getting irritating and I had to leave for the city. so I went there and to my surprise the hotel was there but they were operating independently, manager said they want extra money and I denied and said I'll go for a refund.then he talked to his owner and he gave him permission to let me stay. now it was a mistake of mine that I should have checked the room first, it was horrible. smelly and unhygienic. Oyo needs to again check their partners and whom they are giving their brand to.
