Hotel O Star Spring

Hotel is quite good. The location of the hotel is nice it is in the city. Hotel staff is OK and supportive. Food is not up to the mark. Rooms are clean and spacious. But amenities are less than usually it. But hotel is good value for money

The hotel rooms was really good in the starting according to the price but now their quality has started degrading. The room I got last time was not ay all clean and when I asked them to change my room they denied saying that the hotel was fully booked but that was the case.

It was amazing stay, well mannered staff and service ... Will recommend to all ... It’s a budget hotel for families and couples ... Will visit again on my next birthday .. Thanks to all staff and we enjoyed

We stayed in the hotel for 3 days and it was one of our worst experience ever! There was no hot water available in taps and when asked for it they used to send us bucket of water .. Room service was not up to the mark .. The people on the reception were not friendly If we made any complains their reply was sorry the hotel is under renovation The hotel only looks nice from the outside and reception area otherwise the services are too bad!

Staff was very well ... Room was good but I'm not satisfied with facilities some lights was not working in the room. Food was good ... Location was good distance from metro only 2 ... Please check room maintananc. I'm happy with stay in almati Hotel. Thanks

Horrible location! Pathetic rooms! Never ever in my life I will be staying at this hotel. Shabby rooms, wallpapers coming off, hot water only in the mornings, bad food quality, bathroom ceiling was leaking and AC was not working. I changed two rooms but the issues were consistent! I would never recommend females to stay here alone.

Classy room, classy hotel. But AC was not working properly. Menu is overpriced. And food is also not up to the mark. Room was neat and clean. But the location of hotel is horrible. Worst part of the hotel is its location. And the best part is room of the hotels.

Hotel is good and its, value for money. Hotel location is, OK bit inside but its OK. Room is clean and enough spacious. Food is not up to the mark its an average food. Service are bit slow. But overall its a good stay

MMT in all not a website to be trusted ... Executes extend 0% help. Bad hotel, bad staff and horrible location. Paid breakfast had two available options and MMT did not extend any help watsoever ... Feel cheated booking through MMT

Very bad experience. Rooms not up to the mark. Service, worst experience till now. Location was also very bad and overall cleanliness was very poor. Staff was also very rude and over all very bad experience. Not suitable for anyone

You will never get hot water from bathroom tap. Also managerial staff is ober smart and making false promises/statements. Food is OK but costly. A. C. Water is leaking from bathroom sealing. Complaint not attended yet.

It was a very bad experience. Hotel was pathetic. AC of the room was not working. We have to shift to another room. Furniture was also not in good condition. Keys of the room was not provided till evening... Will never suggest for this hotel.

Worst hotel ever. Pics shown in MMT is completely opposite to what they are in actual. Very dull and broken yellow lights. Pathetic food. AC is worst. No cooling. Have to turn on the fan at last. Cigarette like smell in room. You have to ask for welcome drink.

Good experience room was clean location was good staff is also good. Good food environment is very peaceful we definitely come again in future cost of hotel is not expensive over all nice experience.

Very bad experience. It was a nice property in the past one year however now it getting worse day by day. No buffet breakfast .. No welcome drink .. No bathroom amenities. Rooms were smelling weird because of air conditioners not working. Not worth booking now.

Rooms not in good condtion, Broken wardrobe, No hot water, o head shower, jet spray not functioning properly, no water in flush, shampoo and body wash provided of substandard quality, certainly not expected from hotels approved by MMT, Deeply disappointed to say the least

It was OK.. Because rooms were not that much good as we expected.. As they don't even provide buffet.. But the staff is really good but I really not like the ambience over there.. They have to improve some points in point of room, ambience and buffet..

Great service. The location is amazing. It is not that expensive. Nearby locations were very good. I thank Makemytrip for the awesome deal. The staff was good. The food that got served was great! Buffet was amazing!

Rooms were clean. Service was a bit slow but album all a good experience. Location was not that great but staff were cooperative and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this to our friends and family
