Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking at Hotel O Shiv Kashi Palace, Varanasi via your platform. Upon arrival at the hotel late at night, I was unable to check in due to a lack of response from the hotel staff. Despite my confirmed booking (Booking ID: NH******2798), I faced extreme inconvenience and was forced to book another hotel at an extra cost. Issue Details: • Booking ID: NH******2798 • Hotel Name: Hotel O Shiv Kashi Palace, Varanasi • Check-in Date & Time: 18-Feb-2025, 12 PM • Issue Faced: No response from hotel, unable to check in • Additional Expenses: Extra charges incurred for alternative accommodation This experience was highly disappointing and caused unnecessary trouble late at night. I request an immediate resolution, including a full refund for my original booking and reimbursement for the additional amount I had to pay for my stay.
