It was the worst experience till date. Nowhere else extra money is charged but here it is charged and after calling the customer care the hotel staff refuses to give the room. After a lot of pleading, they gave me a small room with no bathroom since I had a double bedroom classic booking. Somehow I spent the day doing the exam. Someone else stayed in this hotel and the staff here used to do a lot of rough work.
