Worst amenities, no cleanliness, no television and no security, no receptionist

I find this hotel on make my trip app, amenities is ok but there is no man power only one guy maintains entire hotel, there is no kitchen & service horrible stay unable to sleep

The behaviour of the workers was so nice but there was no ac available. The wifi facility was also not there.

Dirty rooms, leaking ac and geysers, no packaged water, no room service, dirty linen, staff response poor. But insisting on tips at the time of checkout.

Hotel staff is friendly but no neatness ac not working properly but it winter so no problem it is not recommended for family to stay. Smoking smell more

The hotelier asked me for extra money and they didn't provide me that room which i was selected and then i called many times in customer help desk then some how after so many struggle then i got my room

Booked 4 rooms. All the 4 rooms had dirty bed sheets and pillow covers with stains. Spoke to the manager. He gave me the most absurd and idiotic explanation I had ever heard in my life! Apparently, they were oil stains and won't go away when washed. There was black dirt on one of the beds. It looked like someone stood on the bed with dirty shoes. There was no water. We had to go and complain. They switch on the pump and then we got water. In another room, there were dirty clothes left by someone who took the shower before (this should tell you that they simply gave the room without cleaning or preparing for the next guest. Plenty of mosquitoes are supplied as bonus.

The hotel was peaceful, and the surroundings were serene. My room was a quiet haven. The staff at the hotel were also amazing.

Room was nice and clean. Manager's behaviour is good. Some of the disadvantages are that there is no provision of lifts in the hotel, so i had to carry my luggage by myself upto the 2nd floor.
