Hotel denied checked in into hotel

Hotel denied check-in into the hotel as booking was not showing in their system. When i called customer care they informed me that hotel has already done the check out. When i again contacted hotel they simply refused and misbehaved. It was 10:30 pm. Then i asked what should i do, it is already late. Then hotel said do new offline booking and only then they can give room. Then i paid 800 rs for new fresh offline booking and they gave room. I advise do not book room with this hotel and stay away.

Great value for money! Small downsides: the AC was working but impossible to adjust the temperature (set on 18°, a bit too cold for me). The fan was working only on the lowest and highest speeds. Sometimes there was no power for the AC and some lights (in the bathroom, especially). But at 543 ₹, it is still great value for money. Excellent service from MakeMytrip.
