The bathrooms require proper cleaning. And the room didn’t have any wash basin, so when I asked calling the reception desk where to wash my hands after dinner, the woman at the desk behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. Then I spoke he talked properly and helped. But that lady’s misbehaviour completely ruined my experience.

It was a horrible stay with this Hotel. I have never got such property in MMT in my long association with them. Initially on 25.08.2025 at 12:30 pm when I reported at reception, the staffs could not confirm my staying as said they do not have any such information about my booking. Even though I shown them the booking confirmation I have received from MMT. I left and called thrice from outside, At last at 15:30 Hrs they confirmed. After entering the property the room shown to me I noticed that the Door Latch is not working properly. Inside of the room a dirty wastebin, shabby non ventilating room was provided. The washroom was too dirty and not up to the mark we used in household. Not even any arrangement of keeping my belongings or any system to hang my clothing. Somehow spent the night and noticed the property is being utilised for illegal prostitutions. Couples are coming and enjoying their time for hours, even at night and the owner is interested to get those customers only. Food Quality they served to me is absolutely waste of money. Room Service of the staffs are absolutely ZERO. In the next morning I came to know that the Morning Tea can be served only after 10:30 am. Requesting MMT not to refer such property which is taken in lease to run illegal activities only. It will spoil their hard earned reputation in Tours & Travels Industry so far.

worst hotel to stay in my entire life...nothing is tolerable in hotel..terrifying experience...please don't visit there
