1 - rooms were totally dirty. and staff were not well mannered when I asked to clean my room and change the bedsheet At that time he was given a bedsheet and told me to change this . washroom was totally dirty. and they were not ready for clean and he told me today maushi not came for cleaning . and someone on call he also told me give feedback on oyo whatever you want. overall experience. bad room service. bad hospitality.rudely staff . dirty room and toilet.

Aminaties was not their. I need to pay extra at the counter. If possible please return me. Because i have not asked any extra. Food, water i have purchased from my own. No helper i got for this. . Even the bedsheet i need to change by my own. Room locks were not working. I have paid 800 extra for only getting the ac room inspite of all the rooms were vacant. I need to visit again but now thinks for other options also. note - it was a business trip so i did not have the time to take the photo. Future more trips were there in surat. Also, you can send your team and get the photo rectified. The red pillows in real different.
