Disappointing Experience at Jagat Palace, Ranchi

My recent stay at Jagat Palace, Ranchi was extremely disappointing. The services were awful— the fan regulator didn’t work, the washroom wasn’t clean, and the bed mattress was uncomfortable. The in-house restaurant was a nightmare. Almost everything we wanted to order was "unavailable," and when we did manage to place an order, it took over an hour to get the food after multiple follow-up calls. The amenities were fake—no induction, kettle, or proper cushions as promised. Overall, a terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Poor Stay

The hotel did not allow check-in & made me wait around 45 minutes but it was resolved. Very disappointed with the hotel though. The room which i had booked was supposed to have air conditioning, wi-fi & restroom, however there was no air conditioning, no wi-fi & there was no attached washroom. I had to go outside the room through a common area to use the restroom. Very disappointed with the hotel and my stay there.

The hotel staffs are not so well co-operative, they speak rudely. They say that visitors are not allowed and there is not such mentioned in the property rules.

Hassle free check-in
