First time had worst experience i booked this room for my driver for 2nd october to 5th october, but hotel didn't had any vacant room, they sold our booked room to someone else for more amount of money. And told us do whatever you want to, we don't have a room you have booked than talk to them only. Poor location, rude staff, 0 ethics, there isn't option to rate them below 1 otherwise would have rated this hotel - 100.

I am coming for noida. This hotel manager are spiking not availabel room. Total room full. And after 2hours discussion not allowed room cheeking problem

4 people 1 queen size bed given. Even the staff refused to talk to the customer care team. Offering a 20% refund that too not yet given is not a solution
