I had booked a room for 1 day during my trip. When i went there they asked me double the price and did not provide the room at this price. I have complained about delays in response and poor customer service by the receptionist. Unprofessional staff some of have complained about rude, unhelpful, or indifferent staff. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness and bookings. Overpriced and misleading guests by demanding extra money for check-in to hotel rooms.
