Poor service, owner behaviour wrong, fan and ac not started,

Horrible staff. He troubled my driver. And lied about not having the booking. Then we fought with him and checked his to find out the booking was there and he was lying. That no on screen is his boss. He said you complain to my boss about me. I don’t care

1. Fan is noisy 2. Cockroaches roaming in washroom 3. Mosquitoes in room 4. Water logging problem in washroom 5. No toiletries like saving kit, tooth brush are given.

Poor communication staff no cloth hanger in room in bathroom is like a railway station bathroom. No stool after requesting hotel staff. I fall down in bathroom due to not clear, proper water flow.

Hotel is good but room has no ventilation need ventilation for room freshness even tho bathroom and toilet has also no ventilation other wise all think good and vel mentioned Thank you 😊🙏

Property was clean and the staff behaviour was so polite. Lien was clean and the washroom was tip top.

Room and washroom are clean, services also good, and arrangements also better for stay.

I booked the room for one night but when i came here the hotel was closed there is no staff door was locked i trying to call but no response after i waited 1 hour outside side hote but no one came then i go to other nearest hotel and stay there.

No room service over there, i stayed for 7 days but they didn't even provide me basic things like soaps and towels for a single day and worst was the bathroom where while taking bath water was getting accumulated and when asked the hotel staff for room change they said other rooms are even worst then this.
