Worst. When we are infront of lodge he asked extra 600 rs. And he didn't allowed to enter in lodge till we pay extra 600 rs. After extra 600 rs. Paid he showed rooms and allowed to stay in lodge.

Worst hotel ever I have ever seen, We have booked 3 rooms , We reached at 11pm but they didn't given rooms finally lot of arguments they give 3 rooms in 3rd flood without AC, Bcz they are telling AC rooms are booked,

Terrible condition of hotel and location, most pathetic location in Vellore, I will not stay for free here.

Rooms not good. Money waste. No neatness. Very bad location. Don’t book this hotel.

Property not registered with make my trip. Taken full payment as advance 1 month before. When reached at hotel, deine to give room and put me with my son on road. No support from make my trip.

Hotel manager denied checkin to my family as he was not ready to give the hotel at discounted price offered by mmt. This was an unwelcome behaviour.

First of all they denied checkin at all, and later when i complained mm t they accepted the checkin. But later they took 1300 extra from what was the booking amount. Very bad experience with it. No food available, no facilities available. Nothing. It’s a very isolated place to stay.

The manager was charging more than double of what i paid on makemytrip and i said i have made the payment & will not pay extra. He denied my stay at midnight. I have recommended to cancel hotel from mm t listing immediately to avoid future problems to new customers.

The Green park people compelled me to pay Rs.650 extra for the room in additional to the amount that I paid (Rs), last minute i couldn't change, since i was with my Couple. Pathetic Experience 😔

Hotel manager firstly denied to be associated with OYO anymore. I had booked a room for 2 nights for Rs But at the time of checking in hotel manager asked to pay Rs 1065 more i.e. Rs in total for 2 days. He said he is no more associated with OYO and that he will charge /night basis. So I ended up paying Rs more and now I want my refund for the same.

Had booked and paid for air conditioned room. Had taken insurance also. Hotel denied checkin saying i paid a low tariff. I paid full tariff as per listed price on mmt. Had to suffer a lot going around after travel-ling 1000km. Only consolation was mmt customer care gave an alternate non ac accommodation

I was just staying for a night. A to z nothing. Service, tariff, amenities, hygiene everything utter waste. Personally and strongly say don't go for it.

so we went to hotel at 9 pm at night they made us leave the hotel as soon as we reached they canceled our booking and made us pay double triple charges for 1 night they also reduce our stay and the hotel area is also not good at all. we have to leave the hotel after 10 hours but our booking was for 48 hours they were fraud. even I complaint to OYO and they didn't help us at 10 pm at night. I was overcharged at the hotel. I had paid full amount of 700 and confirmed my booking but the manager asked me to pay 1300 more or else leave. I had no other option but to stay. I wasn't alone among people who got scammed, there were many all day. Also the room had no facilities. In the end, think 1000 times before deciding to stay here
