the hotel manager initially denied giving room said we don't give rooms booked on OYO/ MMT, Later agreed to give standard room in place of the deluxe (AC) room. he's behavior was so rude & acting like he's doing favor on us. our fault was we paid initially while booking. then we asked him to change the bedding, which he denied said we don't have any. whole room was messy. bedsheets were dirty with lots of stains. then i asked him for complimentary water which he denied saying u have to pay for it. i showed him the screenshot of booking. in which it was clearly mentioned about water bottle & Ac. but he was so rude. said "Room de rha hu ye h bahut hai. worst experience ever.
