The hotel was very dirty, there were many mouse over there, no hygiene, staff was also not good. We ordered tea and they took more than 2 hrs for the service. Pathetic service

Good location, at walking distance from sardar patel post-graduate institute. The property is well built but poorly maintained. Currently managed by 2 young unprofessional rude chaps, who doesn't care much about any of your inconveniences during the stay. My allocated room was averagely maintained, improperly cleaned, the door knob of toilet was non-working. They refused to give me the keys to my room at first, saying "what will you do with keys? no one will steal your belongings, you need not lock it while going outside" absurd! the kitchen is dirtier than streets. Consider yourself on your own and make arrangements for your own food, water and everything else.

Terrible Stay

We reached around 11pm last night. To our shock we were told the hotel was full and no booking. My wife and i had to trek to main road at 11. 30 in night find an auto and get another hotel. It’s really a horrible experience. We were scared at middle of the night without a hotel and vehicle. How can you people do such a terrible mistake
