Worst service.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, and the owner is even worse. The place is dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not worth the money. If you value your comfort and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are far better options nearby—don’t waste your time and money here

I want refund. The hotel manager did not give me a room, he said that we cannot give it to me at such a low price, you should talk to the company and get a refund. I want refund my money

These hotel is corrupt. He asked me to pay extra money and i asked bill to him then he denied to give me bill. As i was with my family and autism child i had no other option because it was late night so i stayed there and even for that also he made me to wait 1 and half hour. My genuine advice to you is dont choose these to hotel to stay it will give mental disturbance.

We have booked this hotel room for 2 days and made the payment prior, as the protocol goes by. But as we reached the hotel, the manager demanded for an extra money of 400 rs- as we had booked ac room. had clearly mentioned that there was no need to even pay a penny extra as we have already prior made the payment. Worst behaviour of staff non working condition of ac / tv/bathroom water clogging. worst bedcovers and linen. I would strongly suggest to give it a thought before opting this place.

Hotel manager denied to give room key, he was informed that the booking and he suggested us to never book through online and took 500 rs extra by giving silly reasons.

i made the booking for this hotel and i had checked in the next day and checked out also on the same day. I requested for one hour of late check out but i was denied and said i would charged 1000rs extra for just one hour late check out. Also there was no hot water availability and even the bed sheet was not clean.
