Location is ok, worst service, we had complementary breakfast in the morning they serve only very limited food for 5 pax, limited means very less amount and again they said we have to pay extra for repeating the dosas and puris means per head they served 2 dosas and puris, if we want extra they demand us to pay that too only dosas and puris available chutney and sambar is worst, We don't recommend this hotel

we were there for a very short stay but we found that the staff was very cooperative,rhe roomwas very spacious neat and clean as was the bathroom and toilet. Although a mini bar fridge was to be provided it was not available. There was ample parkiñg space with a security guard being always available. In short a memorable stay .

We went for a family function to shornur on 24th december 2023 total 8 members in 3 rooms. We had a comfortable stay at hotel nil a residency. Hotel is just near to railway station and nearly 2 km from famous kerala kalamandalam, prestigious deemed university for kerala arts. Wedding function was just 1 km away and we could spend good time in nil a and could attend the function comfortably.

Very poor service and quality of food

Room overall neatness was very bad. The food supplied in the room was in open condition and quality was veer bad( fruitsalad and coffee. Waiter was dressed in shaby way and hair was undressed. No drinking water in the room and not served despite repeat followup.

soloThis hotel is located very near to railway station and it's best one in shornur .. Rooms are good. Staff is good. Services are good. Only one complaint ... On the day of check in I was told that daily they will give one mineral water bottle complimentary, but on the day of check out they charged 30 Rs per bottle for 4 bottles, which was unprofessional.

I had booked two bedrooms for my friends and their family. It is close to railway station and there is a bus stop just few steps outside the Hotel. Town and major shops in Shoranur are nearly a km far from here. Good place to stay in Shoranur. Places to visit nearby are Kalamandalam in Cheruthuruthy, Bharathapuzha river separating Palakkad and Thrissur District. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I am a localite but still got a better deal through MMT online. It is overpriced compared to Hotels of the same category in prominent locations. This is something which the management can see to improve.
