Very nice property. calm and quite environment. Convenient stay and the restaurant is good. All the items are tasty and moderate price. The front desk and the restaurant people are so polite. Overall a very good stay. I recommend this hotel for all including the family.

(1) highly over priced at 6k. Similar rooms in other properties elsewhere are priced between 3-4k only. (2) due to shortage of staff, breakfast ready only around 9:00 am according to reception (3) no lift to upper floors (4) reception seems to have no contact with taxis. I had to walk 300m to auto stand to find transportation (5) hot water available very late - need to turn lever to the right to get hot water (6) very limited channels available on cable (7) no english newspaper available (1) telephone intercom loose contact, on second day, i had to bend on knees below furniture to push the plug back. No action despite informing reception.

I was on an official as well as a Pilgrimage trip stayed at this hotel Samudra Regency in Kulapally near Shoranur was expecting a decent accomodation in that small town but to my surprise It was a pretty good and neat stay with clean rooms Good and comfortable beds with clean washrooms. It has a good restaurant and a spacious car parking. I will give 5 stars for this hotel. Definitely will recommend for a neat and pleasant stay.
