Hotel didn't find at hi location provide. Also the land line no is not working. The others no. Didn't respond. After so many calls the other side person speaks very rudely.

Change of dates of booking

1. Initially I booked the hotel for 4th Jun 22 (01 Night. However due to some unforeseen circumstances, I needed to change it to 3rd Jun 22. 2. I called up numerous number of times on the contact no. given in the booking confirmation image, however it was never picked up. 3. I've sent several emails too before the due date of free cancellation, but they were not replied too. 4. Lastly I started calling up the hotel directly from Google maps mobile number which then came to my notice that the hotel is also registered with OYO. 5. At the last I got it changed from MMT app and ended up paying extra money too. My query is if I started the procedure of booking revise well in advance l, even before the last date of free cancellation then why do I need to end up paying extra money. All in all the booking revision experience was horrible and very disappointing, totally opposite of what it has been. Kindly look into this carefully and let me know the reason behind this. Thankyou and regards.

Hotel is centrally located. The hotel does not have a generator, or space for parking your vehicle. Hope and pray that the power supply continues un-interrupted. The services are owner driven. The staff is courteous and do try to help. However the staff needs training instructions on basic duties. Things work much better when the owner is present.

We stayed for five nights and this pathetic hotel spoled our trip to some extent. A. The room was dark, damp and had very poor furnishing. B. The toilet was horrible and even got clogged once !! C. They cleaned the room only once during our five days stay and that too after we explicitly told them to do it. D. The food is terrible. Even simple items like dal or veg curry are surprisingly tasteless and often remain uncooked !! E. For this substandard food, they charge exorbitant amount. In addition, there is no consistency of the bill. The hotel manager quotes one price and the person sitting at the dining hall gives you a different and much higher (almost by 40%) bill. F. We left this hotel with this unpleasant feeling that the staff here are dishonest and unscrupulous. By the way, these are not local people, not a single staff member in this hotel are from mountains. G. The only good thing about this hotel was its location.
