rooms, staff, cleanliness, hospitality everything is good but they ask you for additional services like deseart safari, camel ride and its price is too expensive so you can go and book directly.

It was a good experience with free pickup - Dilbar Bhai (Manager) clean space. Jaiselmer is a must visit.

This was an pathetic experience with hotel, ty was not working, wire was coming out from mattress and even injured me, most of the charging point not working, Wi-Fi not working, towel and soap not provided .....even after raising complaint solution not provided

Very excellent stay here. Dilbar was very polite and very good hospitality here😇. He is very polite guy and also guides accurately for places to watch in jaisalmer. must stay place in Jaisalmer.

It was great experience in hotel and we get classic rooms which are so decor e n clean. I have never seen anything like this type of hotel... I booked four nights and five days , even though one guest was not available also .. rooms were very dark and godown type, when I checked in within half an hour I checked out waste of my time especially my money also waste.. Pls don't go stay in that hotel 🙅.. restroom also not clean 😡

This is a nice cosy place to stay in. The food is the highlight of this hotel. Simple, not very expensive but very tasty. We really enjoyed our stay.

Service was good, hotel staff was attentive, room was spacious and clean. Overall comfortable stay. Two areas which can be improved: 1. Food room service could be faster, it was time taking 2. Price was very high 6k for one night

It was great to meet such a humble person dilbar bhai who helps in picking up from the railway station and providing us a good package which includes jeep safari ,camping and horse riding and jasalmer local siding . Rooms are very good including foods and room service.

Bad experience no hot water in washroom

The room is good, it's quite spacious. Food quality is also satisfactory. However, overall cleanliness needs to be improved.

Staff is very amicable and kind. Thankyou for your service we liked it very much. Dilbar bhai cooperated with us. We reached before our time though he helped us very much.

We checked in around midnight, but unfortunately, the reception area was unmanned, with staff sleeping in the entry area. Throughout our stay, no one requested our id or updated the hotel registry, which raised concerns about security. The food quality was also subpar. However, the staff's behavior was supportive and helpful. Overall, our experience felt more like staying in a guest house rather than a professionally managed hotel. While individual travelers might find it adequate, i wouldn't recommend it for couples.

The hotel was very clean and the safari sent by the hotel was stunning. Dilbar was the one you attended as, he was very friendly.
