Terrible experience, worst conditions of rooms, hot water only 8 to 10 am morning, no room service, washroom condition is worst, no wifi. So try to find other hotel for family or groups.

Not providing bath service like. Hot water, soap, towel not working television service. Air condition equipment is poor

Room facilities are normal, but biting and food quantities are excellent. The hotel is so far from the city so should have a own hehicle or travel from rixos.

Far away from city surrounding property not available shop not available basic facilities will have go 7 kilometres away

It was average experience, did not get proper facility but the staff was amazing, and tried to do as much as they can. Even the staff didn’t know about showing facilities that they don’t have in hotel but they tried their best.

Everything is available at the hotel, you dont need to go out for anything. .

Stay was horrible, rooms and bathrooms were very dirty, water was not available in the early morning, stained bedsheets were used. Ambience was not upto the standard. The only positive thing was that after the complaint they changed the bed sheets

The hotel was stinking and was very shabby. The food quality was horrible and the charges are also very high. The hotel is very old and needs complete renovation. The charges on the weekends are very high if we compare the facility they provide. Overall very poor facility, food and the most important part is the hotel is very shabby and stinking. Really waste of money

Pols over their are majorly drunk not good for family to atmosphere after check in looking to that we check out booked another hotel our money got wastage
