I was very happy to stay at hotel maggnamm international as- 1. The room was very spacious and clean. 2. The room service is very good. 3. All the people working there is helpful and kind hearted(which i never got in any of the hotels i stayed before. Why i said this. Because i have experienced each one's help and cooperation when my son fell ill. They were available for me even as-late night at 2am. For two consecutive days each one of the hotel staffs helped me with their best they can provide. Lastly i would like to thank one of the hotel staff members who shared his dinner with me and my wife when i didn't get any food as i was busy with the treatment of my son (which i thought of ordering from swiggy or zomato but as it was already late around 12:15 am all restaurants and online food services were closed for that day.

The room service is not there, food that we ordered is delivered to us in plastic bag which seems it is bought from street and delivered. Geyser is not working, ac is less working, they didn't even came for cleaning the room even once.

familyHotel is not suitable for family. Rooms and bedsheets were not clean. Rates are cheap but at-least basic cleanliness should be maintained which was not there. No lift facility.
