coupleIts new property only 6 months old. Overall i had a great experience. Staff was helpful. The room was very good, clean, and perfect to stay. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to lunch / dinner.

Terrible Stay

The hotel room was horrible. The staff was non cooperative. They refused to give mineral water bottles. Instead, they forced us to drink the ro water. The lift was shut for the half of the time. The staff didn't had manners to talk to. Worst experience so far. The most terrible stay. Worst experience.
